1. ABOUT THE ARTIST

This website is operated by Anna Borysova, an independent artist based in Norway.
The website presents and sells original artworks, including textured paintings and sculptural artworks created by Anna Borysova.

2. ARTWORKS

All artworks presented on this website are original works created by Anna Borysova.
Because each artwork is handmade, small variations in colour, texture, surface and finish may occur. These variations are part of the nature of original handmade artwork.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and display settings.
Each artwork is described with its available dimensions, materials, technique and price.

3. PRICES

All prices are displayed in NOK (Norwegian kroner).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

4. ORDERS

When you place an order through the website, you submit an offer to purchase the selected artwork.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed.
If an artwork becomes unavailable or an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, I reserve the right to contact you and cancel the order, with a full refund where applicable.

5. PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely through the payment providers available at checkout, which may include Stripe, card payments, Apple Pay, MobilePay and Klarna, depending on availability.
Anna Borysova does not have access to your full payment card details.
Payment must be completed before the artwork is shipped or made available for collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. CUSTOM AND COMMISSIONED ARTWORKS

Custom and commissioned artworks are created specifically according to an agreed concept, size, colour palette or other requirements.
Before work begins, the details of the commission will be agreed with the client.
Because commissioned artworks are made specifically for an individual customer, cancellation and withdrawal rights may be limited where permitted by applicable law.
Any specific terms for a commissioned artwork will be agreed separately before the work begins.

7. ARTWORK CARE

Original artworks should be handled and displayed with appropriate care.
Unless otherwise specified, artworks should be kept away from excessive moisture, direct prolonged sunlight, extreme temperatures and physical impact.
Instructions provided with the artwork should be followed to preserve its appearance and condition.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, photographs, videos, text, graphics, logos and other original content published on annaborysova.art are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Anna Borysova retains the copyright to all artworks.
The buyer may not reproduce, copy, resell as reproductions, commercially exploit or use the artwork images without prior written permission.

9. WEBSITE CONTENT

I make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date.
However, occasional typographical, technical or other errors may occur.
I reserve the right to correct errors, update information and change or remove website content without prior notice.
