All artworks available for purchase through Anna Borysova are original, handmade works of art. Each piece is carefully inspected and securely prepared before shipping.
Original Artworks
For ready-made original artworks purchased online, customers have the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable Norwegian consumer law.
You may notify me of your decision to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the artwork.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the artwork must be returned within 14 days after notifying me.
The artwork should be returned in its original condition and packaged securely to prevent damage during transportation. The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the artwork unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, the purchase price will be refunded without undue delay and in accordance with applicable Norwegian consumer law.
Damaged or Defective Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact me as soon as possible and provide photographs of the artwork, packaging and any visible damage.
I will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with Norwegian consumer law.
Custom & Commissioned Artworks
Custom-made and commissioned artworks created according to the customer's individual specifications are non-returnable and are not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal where the applicable legal exception applies.
This may include artworks created specifically according to an individual customer's requested size, colour palette, composition or other personal specifications.
Before a commissioned artwork is started, the agreed specifications and price will be confirmed with the customer.
Delivery & Transport
Each artwork is carefully packed and prepared for shipment before it leaves my studio.
Once the artwork has been handed over to the delivery service, the delivery is carried out by the selected carrier. Anna Borysova is not responsible for delays, handling or other issues caused by the carrier after the artwork has been handed over for delivery, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and provide photographs of the artwork, packaging and any visible damage. I will assist with the matter and, where applicable, handle the claim with the carrier in accordance with applicable Norwegian consumer law.
If you choose your own courier or transport provider that was not offered by Anna Borysova, responsibility for the artwork during transport may transfer to you once the artwork is handed over to your chosen carrier.
Delivery Within Norway
Shipping within Norway is available at a cost calculated according to the artwork's size and delivery destination.
The applicable delivery cost will be confirmed before shipment.
Free Local Pickup
Free pickup is available in Larvik or Sandefjord, Norway.
After your order has been placed, I will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time and location.
Please wait for confirmation before coming to collect your artwork.
Local pickup is free of charge and no delivery fee will be added to orders collected in Larvik or Sandefjord.
Exchanges
I do not offer direct exchanges of artworks.
